Food & Overall Ratings
How people actually rate it
Adults-only on Bavaro Beach
Iberostar Grand Bavaro is the most refined all-inclusive in Punta Cana. Adults-only (18+), all-suite, and sitting on arguably the best stretch of Bavaro Beach — wide, white-sand, and generally sargassum-free in winter and spring.
Food
Seven à la carte restaurants, and every single one is legitimately good. La Marée (French fine dining, reservations required) is the kind of meal you’d pay $200 for in Chicago, included in your stay.
Rooms
Every room is a junior suite or larger with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. Oceanfront suites are worth the upgrade — the sunrise alone is worth it. Butler service is available for all suite categories above base.
Great for
Honeymoons, anniversaries, and couples looking for a genuinely peaceful week. Not for kids (it’s strictly adults-only).
